Keys 2 Drive

Cherrybrook Driving School is actively involved in KEYS 2 DRIVE, Australia’s largest national driver safety program for beginner drivers.

Funded by the Australian Government, KEYS 2 DRIVE is a youth road safety program which provides learner drivers and their parent / supervisors with a FREE 60 minute session with an accredited KEYS 2 DRIVE driving instructor.

KEYS 2 DRIVE is a program that helps new drivers prepare for the realities of P-Plate driving. KEYS 2 DRIVE achieves this by:

• Equipping supervisors with a practical coaching approach they can use throughout the learning-to-drive journey.
• Helping beginning drivers prepare for P-Plate driving and beyond, but focuses particularly on remaining free of harm during the first 6 months, when risks are at their highest, and
• Encouraging aware, sustainable and safe driving and is a great foundation for lifelong, self-guided learning.

KEYS 2 DRIVE is providing a free 1 hour driving lesson to beginning drivers, which brings the beginning driver and the supervising driver (usually mum or dad) together with a KEYS 2 DRIVER accredited professional driving instructor.
